Queen presents the Gold Cup at Royal Ascot as she attends the races with her granddaughters - while Prince Philip recovers after a short stay in hospital


Her Majesty was resplendent in a fuchsia coat and hat, centre, as she was joined by family members, including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, right, and Zara Tindall, left, while her husband Prince Philip, 96, continues to recuperate. He left hospital this morning after being admitted as a precaution due to an infection. The monarch looked in her element as she presented a prize to jockey James Doyle who rode the winning horse in the Gold Cup, Big Orange.
