FROM getting your boyfriend's name tattooed on your wrist days before you split, or having a dodgy cartoon character inked on your shoulder, plenty of people regret their tatts.

But the beauty of Kelly Osbourne's new inking is that if she gets tired of it, she simply needs to grow her hair out.
The 29-year-old has debuted her latest tattoo – the word "Stories…" inked on the side of her HEAD.
Kelly, who is the daughter of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy and X Factor matriarch Sharon, had the quirky tatt needled in purple ink onto her scalp at Hollywood's Shamrock Social Club.
The Fashion Police host tweeted: "Sorry mum and dad but I love it!"
Well, her dad has smiley faces tattooed onto his kneecaps, so we hardly think he can object to Kelly's latest body art.

But it appears that a new asset-baring trend has emerged – ditching the bra and cutting out the middle of your frock.

She spent Saturday morning at the gym and Kim Kardashian is understandably feeling body confident after a rigorous workout.

The reality star is in fine form and one of her favourite ways to show off that hourglass figure is with a tight crop top.

Kim did just that as she stepped out later in the day sporting a teeny tiny midriff-baring black number that left a sliver of her toned stomach on display.

But the 33-year-old fashionista added lashings of elegance to her daytime look with a matching flowing skirt, which swished as she walked.

A SON and daughter were forced to watch on as a tiger dragged their father from a boat and into a forest.

A Royal Bengal Tiger pounced on Sushil Majhi, 62, while he was rowing up a riving in eastern India.

He and his children, son Jyotish and daughter Molina, were fishing for crabs in the small boat when the big cat pounced.

"Suddenly, my sister cried out: 'Dada, bagh (tiger)'," Jyotish, 40, said.

"I was stunned, and my body froze. All I saw was a flash of yellow. It took me a moment to register the gruesome sight before me.

"My father was completely buried under the beast. I could only see his legs thrashing about. I shook off my numbness and grabbed a stick."

According to witnesses the tiger leaped off the boat with Mr Manjhi in its mouth and quicklydragged him into the jungle.

This is the fourth recent incident of a fisherman being attacked and killed by a tiger in the region.

The incident occurred in the Sundarbans Tiger Reserve, one of the largest tidal mangrove forests in the world.

It is home to many of the estimated 1,900 Royal Bengal Tigers left in India.

Soul Legend Bobby Womack Dead At 70

Legendary soul singer and songwriter Bobby Womack, who penned hits for many of the greatest musicians of the 20th Century, has died at the age of 70. The cause of his death was not announced, but Womack had suffered from cancer and Alzheimer's disease and also battled with drug addiction.

His hits included, It's All Over Now which was performed by the Rolling Stones, and Lookin' for Love.

World Cup 2014: Super Eagles boycott training over bonus money

His brother Hasset who posted the video which went viral, said his brother's dying wish had been to marry Leizl and, 'after 12 hours of preparations, his dream was fulfilled'.:

We saw 22 year old Super Eagles midfielder Michael Babatunde taken off in the second half of yesterday's game against Argentina with his arm in a cast but some of us didn't really know it was that serious. It kinda is. A scan after the match showed that he literally broke his arm after being hit by a fierce shot from Ogenyi Onazi. (see pic on the left). He's been ruled out of the 2014 World Cup.

Onazi was aiming to score a goal with the long-range shot but the ball cannoned into Babatunde's arm. The video of the incident is kinda graphic..but you've seen worse, so check on it after the  cut...

New Telegraph’s Managing Editor dies in Emab Plaza bomb blast

The Managing Editor (North) of the New Telegraph newspapers, Alhaji Suleiman Bisalla (pictured above) sadly was among the 21 people that died in yesterday's Emab Plaza bombing in Abuja. 

Bisalla, 46, a native of Gindiri in Mangul LGA of Plateau State, had left the New Telegraph office in Abuja around 3.30pm to Emab Plaza to go and repair his phone. The bomb went off 30 minutes later. 

His corpse was deposited at the Maitama General Hospital, where he and others killed in the blast were taken to. His younger brother, Mohammed, has confirmed his death.


Bisalla was a former Deputy Editor with the Daily Trust Newspaper in Abuja and joined the New Telegraph newspaper late last year. He was married with children. May his soul rest in peace...Amen.

Chris Brown rejects plea deal in D.C case, headed for trial

Chris Brown has tasted jail and no longer seems afraid of it. He was in Washington D.C yesterday for his assault trial and rejected a plea deal with prosecutors...and now he's headed for trial.

TMZ reports that Chris was close to copping a plea but the deal fell apart because the prosecutor and Chris' lawyer couldn't agree on a statement of fact about the events leading to the alleged assault.

Chris has always denied assaulting a fan in 2013 outside a hotel in D.C. If he'd pled guilty, he would not have to serve any additional time in jail. Now that he's going to trial, jail time is on the line again. His bodyguard has already been convicted of the assault. A trial date has been set for September.

According to Vanguard, the den was discovered after a failed attempt by a woman identified as Mrs Rosemary Chukwu, a member of Pastor Nwankwo's church, to kidnap her neighbor's 7 year old son, Emeka Emmanuel to the den for rituals.

Reports say that the 20-year-old was being driven down Canon Drive when a black BMW SUV hit the right side passenger door.
Justin was immediately bundled out of the car by his entourage, but was not harmed in the incident.
According to Hollywood Life, it is the Bieber crew policy to get the star out of danger immediately.
The Baby popstar was not driving his car at the time, and nobody else was injured at the scene – although both cars were towed away, with considerable damage being done to the front of the BMW.

Ghana to Airlift $3 Million to Black Stars Football Team in Brazil

Ghana’s government is reportedly making plans to send over $3 million in cash to the Black Stars in Brazil via a chartered plane.

The money is for the team’s World Cup appearance fees, Vanguard reports.

Deputy Sports Minister Joseph Yamin, reportedly stated that the money would be airlifted because the Black Stars demanded they be paid their appearance fee and rejected having the money wired to them.

According to a statement from the Ghana Football Association (GFA), “…the government is pre-financing the payment of the Black Stars’ appearance fees which will be reimbursed when FIFA’s prize-money for Ghana’s participation in the World Cup is paid after the tournament in Brazil.” 

Yamin is said to have defended the cash payment to the Black Stars because “a successful football team is crucial for national morale.”

In case you haven't heard, R&B legend R Kelly has a transgender daughter with ex-wife and star of Hollywood exes, Andrea Kelly. 14 year old Jaya Kelly (pictured right) now goes by the name Jay after she revealed she/he has identified as male since he was 7 years old. She's dumped her female clothes and strictly wears clothes and even cut her hair. Jay admitted that her father recently found out about her transition to a boy but her mum and sister have known for a while and are supportive.

Well, R.Kelly may know that his daughter now calls herself a boy but he's definitely having difficulty coming to terms with it. When asked about it during an interview at the WCGI Summer Jam this week, R.Kelly shut the reporter up when he referred to Jaya as his son.

"Well, first off don’t start by calling her my son. As far as that’s concerned, always believe what you see - with your own eyes that is. That’s the best way to go about this business. I’ve heard a lot of things about a lot of people and it was never true.”
