And now Rob Kardashian has reportedly checked into rehab to get help for his personal issues.
According to a report in Star magazine, the 27-year-old is 'currently being treated for depression' at The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment centre in Arizona.
'Rob has been checked into The Meadows for about a month for substance-abuse issues,' a source told the magazine.
According to another friend, Rob's stay at the clinic has so far proved to be successful.
'He's been feeling stronger and more relaxed without the incessant berating from everyone,' the insider said. 'I would love to see him show up a changed man at Kim's wedding and gain some independence.'
Rob was visibly absent from the family's recent vacation to Thailand, apparently due to fears of having to 'take his shirt off on camera,' according to another report.
His weight has reportedly soared to as much as 260lbs, with his mother Kris Jenner apparently putting him on a strict deadline to shape up and shed 70lbs ahead of sister Kim's wedding to Kanye West on May 24.
According to a previous report in the magazine, Rob has been leaning heavily on marijuana, alcohol and prescription cough syrup dubbed Sizzurp, the high sugar content of which is only escalating his weight woes.
'Rob has never been in such bad shape - emotionally or physically,' an insider tells Star. 'Rob was drinking a lot of Sizzurp, and that's one of the reasons he gained so much weight.
'Rob is well past the point of desperation and now is just flatout miserable,' they continue. 'He wants to be the star of the Kardashians for once in his life, but right now he feels like he's bringing the entire family down.'

Other reports suggest the star's downward spiral was the result of his failed relationship with singer Rita Ora, whom he famously and very publicly accused of cheating on him back in 2012.
Adding to his family's worry, Rob tweeted a troubling message on April 1.
'No one will ever understand how much it hurts,' he wrote, before quickly deleting the tweet.
