The London lad, 19, told the Daily Star Sunday he hopes his newfound fame will mean he can sing for the political leader in the future.
Millions of viewers watched wannabe politician Jermain top the public vote to win the series at last night’s final.
After the result, the talented singer said: “This is not just an achievement for me it’s an achievement for everybody around the world who’s had a dream and worked for that dream.
“I want to thank Will for everything he’s done in the past few months – he’s been the best coach ever.”
Will.i.am told him: “I hope you know this victory is about more than just your singing – this is direction and guidance for the rest of your life.”
Jermain landed a big-money record deal with Universal Republic as part of his prize along with £100,000 cash.
He said: “Obama puts on those concerts in the White House.
"To sing for him would be amazing.”
Obama is an idol for 19-year-old Jermain, who is hoping to become Britain’s first black Prime Minister.
He is expected to record and promote his debut album within a year as part of his winner’s contract.
But in a warning to label bosses, he said he would not quit politics to focus on his music career.
“I’m going to use my success in music to give back to my community through politics and music”

He said: “I’m going to use my success in music to give back to my community through politics and music.”
Earlier this year we revealed he is already a member of the Labour Party in Hackney, east London, where he lives.
He has worked alongside Stella Creasy MP on campaigns tackling youth crime after witnessing gang violence himself.
Jermain said he received backing from polical heavyweights for last night’s final.
He said: “I’ve had a lot of support from politicians like Ed Miliband and Ed Balls.”
Jermain sang the Miley Cyrus hit Wrecking Ball in front of an estimated eight million viewers, as well as I’m Telling You by Jennifer Hudson.
His performances helped him beat bookies’ favourite Christina Marie to the title.
He also duetted with his coach will.i.am on Pure Imagination, the song made famous by Gene Wilder in Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory.
Jermain said: “My high has been working with Will, as well as going to Buckingham Palace and meeting Prince Andrew.
"I’ve learned so much, it’s been so inspiring.”
Jermain insisted he did not feel pressure to do well and added: “I’m taking things one step at a time.”
Meanwhile, Christina Marie has revealed she plans to record with her coach Ricky Wilson within weeks.
She said: “We have discussed working together on music.
"If he offered me the chance, I’d love to tour with him.”
