The pop brat has hammered the final nail into the coffin of his chart success via shocking footage which sees him laugh gleefully after telling a racist joke.

Biebs grins as he asks friends: "Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?"

Then without a flinch or a moment of hesitation he delivers the disgusting punch line: "Run n****r, n****r, n****r, n****r, n****r."

The Sun reports that representatives of the disgraced chart-topper have known about the clip for some time and even took part in a bidding war to attempt to keep it out of the hands of the world's media and his fans.

The trivial way in which Justin throws around such offensive language is sure to offend and alienate fans and some of the African-American artists who have helped him during his career.

Although the clip looks around two or three years old, the hitmaker would have been around 17 and already globally famous and adored by millions of Beliebers worldwide.

Since he was captured on tape, Bieber has made millions by collaborating with musicians from ethnic backgrounds such as Jaden Smith, Sean Kingston and Ludacris.

This scandal is the latest in a long line of controversies for the Canadian.

Although reps dismissed the delay as technical issues, Bieber later claimed that his life is “not easy”. Our hearts bleed Justin.

After a couple of days in the UK, the 20-year-old tried to attack a London photographer.

2014 has already proved to be a controversial period in Bieb's career, in January officers raided his home after an alleged egg attack on a neighbour's property. Cocaine was discovered and a pal was detained for questioning.
