The 29-year-old has debuted her latest tattoo – the word "Stories…" inked on the side of her HEAD.
Kelly, who is the daughter of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy and X Factor matriarch Sharon, had the quirky tatt needled in purple ink onto her scalp at Hollywood's Shamrock Social Club.
The Fashion Police host tweeted: "Sorry mum and dad but I love it!"
Well, her dad has smiley faces tattooed onto his kneecaps, so we hardly think he can object to Kelly's latest body art.
After the ordeal was over, Kelly posed with her tattooist, throwing up two fingers and snarling as she showed off her new tatt on a shaved strip of her head.
The former singer hinted at her decision to get more body art earlier in the evening when she tweeted: "#oops what did I do tonight?" along with a picture of her studying a bottle of purple ink.
While Kelly's out-there artwork doesn't surprise us considering her rock 'n' roll family, we're a bit confused that she has chosen to get more tattoos when she's spent the last few months lasering her old ones off.
She wrote on her website: "As humans we fill our conscience with clichés to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life… Such as getting stupid tattoos. I have now undergone my third laser tattoo removal. All day I have found myself saying 'no pain no gain' or 'pain is beauty!' However the bigger lesson I have taken away from this horrendously painful experience is THINK BEFORE YOU INK!"
Along with her new head tattoo, Miss Osbourne has skull and crossbones on her feet, a tribute to her father on her arm, wings on her back, an anchor on her arm, a star on the back of her neck, her brother Jack's name on her wrist and a heart on her finger.
