MOTHER of the bride Kris Jenner has opened up about Beyoncé and Jay Z’s rude rejection of Kimye’s wedding invitation.

The rapper is thought to be very close to North’s dad, so the rumour mill went into overdrive claiming the Bootylicious singer was behind the controversial snub.
But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians momager brushed off the suspicious absence as a tiny detail in a lovely day.

Kris said: “There was so much commotion and excitement, I never really gave that a second thought.
“If you had of been there you would have thought that was the last thing on anyone’s mind,” she told Australian radio station KIIS 106.5FM.

“I just assumed they were working.”
Perhaps the rebuff would have stung less if the high-profile pair had professional commitments, but it’s thought that Bey and Jay dodged the media circus in favour of a quiet weekend in The Hamptons.
