After his first meeting with the Pontiff was cancelled, Russell Crowe was not discouraged, deciding to wait patiently in the crowd. But he was soon led away by police, as his advances toward the Pope, in an attempt to get a thumbs up for his controversial Biblical epic Noah, were dismissed once more. Before being led away he can be seen looking visibly upset at the news (inset right), before shuffling down the steps (left), moments before the Pope passes through.
