Ukraine faces Vladimir Putin invasion 'within days'

THERE is an 80% chance of war breaking out between Russia and Ukraine, it was revealed last night.

A leading military analyst said Russia’s president Vladimir Putin would make a decision on whether to invade “in the next two weeks”.
And all the signs are that, following his successful takeover of the Crimea region, he will send in his troops again.

Analyst Pavel Felgenhauer said the hardline leader, a former KGB agent, was planning a “large-scale Russian invasion to mainland Ukraine”.
He added: “The troops are concentrated there and ready for an offensive.” A US military source confirmed that the Russian forces on Ukraine’s borders “are still growing in number”.
Yesterday world leaders meeting in The Hague, Holland, scrapped a G8 summit in Russia this summer. Instead the remaining G7 nations will meet in Brussels.
Prime Minister David Cameron said the leaders would be sending “a very clear message to President Putin that it would be unacceptable to go further into Ukraine”.
