Her agent Barry Tines said Deirdre Kelly has been "offered big money from around the world" after the controversial Channel 4 series.
The offers have come from countries as diverse as France and Japan.
But Mr Tomes said Dee, 42, feels she has to remain on welfare and focus on her battle with depression rather than take on the work.
He revealed she pulled out of several TV appearances at the eleventh hour due to her illness which is being carefully monitored by her doctor.
But he pledged that if she takes up any offers her finances would be "sorted properly" with benefits bosses.
Dee is due to DJ at Rumour nightclub in Sutton, Coldfield, Birmingham on April 20, a bank holiday.
Flyers for the gig announce: "No work Monday…just like being on benefits."
But Mr Tomes said she will not be paid for that appearance.
The deals she has rejected include TV shows, magazine photoshoots and interviews, public appearances and other ventures.

“She has been offered big money from around the world”

Mr Tomes said: “Obviously if a time comes when she accepts an offer and she is well enough she will come off benefits while she is earning money.
"She has been offered big money from around the world.
It is well documented that she has been offered a place on Big Brother this year and we are still in negotiations with that.
“She has also been offered TV work in Japan and France. But Deirdre is unwell.
“She suffers from depression and is being monitored by the doctor. Whether she accepts any of these offers will depend on her health.
“We have had to pull out of several TV appearances at the last minute as she was unwell.”
Mum-of-two Dee will receive royalties from a single with a Birmingham reggae group.
In the meantime she will carry on receiving around £200-a-week in handouts.
