First picture of health worker stabbed to death in London street by 'killer' who 'calmly rolled cigarette and waited for police to arrive'

Naudel Turner, was pronounced dead at hospital after she was stabbed at least four times in the neck in Tottenham, north London yesterday afternoon
Mother-of-two Naudel Turner, 42, (far left) was stabbed in the neck in front of horrified onlookers after arguing with a man in Tottenham, north London, on Wednesday. Shocked witnesses say her attacker made no attempt to flee the scene and stood over her, rolling a cigarette as he waited for police to arrive. Ms Turner, was pronounced dead at hospital. Those working nearby said the attacker allegedly lay the knife on Ms Turner's chest after the stabbing and made no attempt to flee. Forensic officers (pictured centre and far right) have spent today collecting evidence at the scene where Mrs Turner was attacked.
