The king and queen of hip hop are reportedly forking out a whopping £5.5million on a luxury townhouse in Mayfair, an affluent area in London.
During previous UK stays Bey and Jay-Z have stayed in five star hotels, but now they have Blue Ivy, they plan to build somewhere a bit more permanent before embarking on their joint tour.
It would seem appearing as special guests during their spouse's concert no longer cuts it for the music-making Mr and Mrs.

A source close to the couple

Solange's big sis and her record producer partner are set to announce a 20-date stadium tour to start this June.
According to The Mirror, a source close to the couple said: "Both Jay and Beyoncé are Anglophiles and have been toying with the idea of getting a pad for a couple of years now.
"They have stayed in five star hotels and, on one occasion, rented a mansion. While money isn't an issue, it makes sense for them to have a more permanent base and get to know one particular area."
Cue a weekly trip to a west London branch of Nandos in the hopes of bumping into the Knowles-Carter family...
