Reporter Stella Dubovitskaya asked nationalist Vladimir Zhirinovsky about sanctions against Ukraine.
But the politician launched a tirade of abuse at the reporter and can be seen waving his arms wildly at the Russia Today (RT) reporter.
This comes after five people died in a gun fight at a pro-Russia check-point in eastern Ukraine.
Zhirinovsky apparently called Ms Zhirinovsky and another female reporter “nymphomaniacs” and began to recite Christian phrases, reported RT.
He then told male aides: “When I say, you run to her and violently rape her”.
