Hazard has recently come under-fire from Blues boss Jose Mourinho following his costly error in the 3-1 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid and was dropped for last weekend's goalless draw with Norwich City.
Despite Mourinho warning Hazard to show signs of improvement - the Belgium playmaker has enjoyed a superb campaign and was named PFA young player of the year after producing a number of stunning displays this term.
And although Chelsea will finish the season without a trophy, the 23-year-old wants to end the campaign on a positive note with victory over already relegated Cardiff before jetting off with Belgium for this summer's showpiece in Brazil.
