That looks familiar! One Direction re-create the famous Oscars 'selfie' (then Liam Payne crops Harry Styles out of his Instagram version)

They've recently embarked on their Where We Are world stadium tour, which has seen them photographed by thousands of die-hard fans.
But One Direction decided to take matters into their own hands - literally - when they took their own 'selfie' on stage in Santiago on Wednesday.
The five young men were joined by their live band for the snap, which was taken by Liam Payne and has so far been liked 350,000 times, re-tweeted 21,658 times and favourited 36,444 times.

The shot, which has since been removed, also generated 30,000 comments.
Although impressive, the stats are a far cry from the famous Oscars snap, which featured Ellen Degeneres, Meryl Streep, Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence, Jared Leto and Kevin Spacey.
That was re-tweeted almost four million times and remains the most-shared picture, ever.
Within 45 minutes of posting on March 2nd, Ellen's selfie received more than 1 million retweets, and thanks to the amount of Twitter traffic it generated, the social networking site crashed during the ceremony.

It's yet to be seen whether the band will be able to break the current record, but their efforts will surely be hampered by the fact the Instagram version of the shot has cropped-off Harry Styles.
Only half of his face can be see in the colour-drenched shot, which will no doubt upset his fans.
But Liam only opened his Instagram account this week, which means followers of the band will likely forgive him. Not least because they've already had a tiring start to the tour. The boyband have been struggling to sleep at their hotel rooms as screaming fans have been keeping them awake at night.

It all proved too much for the boys in Peru, as they were forced to switch hotels to escape the noise.
Liam Payne, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were told not to return to their rooms at the Belmond Palacio Nazarenas in Cusco after a sightseeing trip to the ancient Machu Picchu ruins, the hotel confirmed.
It was because officers struggled to stop excited girls from storming the building.
Around 250 fans had filled the tiny square outside the hotel, where rooms cost £350-a-night, and over 25 police officers attempted to disperse them, but eventually decided it would be best for the Little Things hitmakers to relocate.
