The president of the Oxford Union has been arrested on suspicion of rape and attempted rape. Ben Sullivan, 21, was woken up this morning by Thames Valley Police officers and taken to an Oxford station for questioning. The history and politics student, whose final exams start next month, remains in custody without charge, police confirmed.
